DMCA Policy for Jack Frost Cocktail

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to request the removal of infringing content related to "Jack Frost Cocktail" (including recipes, images, descriptions, and related media) from our website, as well as for users to submit counter-notifications if they believe their content was removed in error.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content related to "Jack Frost Cocktail" was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. A counter-notification must include the following:
